Greeting	Good afternoon
Introduction	My name is RASHED SALEM ALRMEITHI
Intention	Do you think the higher reward you give the higher result you will get?
Hook / attention	Did you know that giving people high reward can make them get poor result?
	Some colleagues did a test on group of people from India with three different rewards.
Start of summary	The game was needed three different skill Creativity, concentration and motor skills
	The people that have been rewarded the highest price didn’t get the best result, the result was really poor, but the people who offered the less reward they boss did very good better than the group that have been offered the highest reward.
Closing
	Getting the higher result depends on the person not on the price , the reward can be really valuable for the person that in need .
